Many of you readers have wondered how to be
able to find a real Italian Restaurant in London.
As well as being Italians, we have a very good knowledge about he Italian Food Market and can tell the difference between the real and the fake...better say the bad and the good. This is why The Real Italian Restaurants are WANTED IN LONDON It doesn't really matter the Nationality itself...all I believe is linked to to the right culture and mentality. To cook Italian you must be open minded and bring some fantasy into your performance. I remember going to Monza (Milan) many years ago for a Pizza. the best in the area by far and guess what? No Italians or Neapolitans there to make the pizza...the Guys were from Tunisia In the old days, when Italian started coming to the UK, the mentality back there was very primitive and the food culture very different from now days. People says Italian food is simple...yes I agree but only to a point. I have met "proper" Italian Chefs and they all told me the same about simplicity... Will come back on this later. Try a plate of spaghetti with Lobster. it's made with a kind of tomato soup...simple? well if you call me 21 ingredients simple...make your own restaurant mate!
