Pebble Dashing

Pebble dashing consists of three phases. A base coat, second rendered coat which pea-shingle is applied for the final phase.

Initially a render base coat is applied, after which a 2nd coat is applied. While the 2nd coat is still wet the pea-shingle is embedded within it.

It protects the underlying brickwork from weathering, and can be useful to cover existing cracks and imperfections.

Anthony FOX from 15 Carr Road in Northolt, Middlesex has undertaken a huge amount of pebble dashing jobs in the area...my house for instance was done over 10 years ago and still looks as new!!!
